Dr. Antoinette Glenn is the CEO of Impactful Educational Consulting, LLC, a dynamic firm
committed to educational equity, empowerment, and transformation. With over 24 years of
experience in education, Dr. Glenn has dedicated her career to serving economically
disadvantaged students and driving systemic change in underserved communities.

 

A published author, sought-after speaker, and consultant, Dr. Glenn is the creator of the
Empowerment Principles—a signature program designed to transform professionals through
actionable insight and inspiration. Her core speaking topics include: Obstacle-Based
Empowerment, Expectation-Base Empowerment, Blueprint-Based Empowerment, and
Believe-Based Empowerment.

Dr. Glenn is also a passionate advocate for justice-impacted individuals. She serves on multiple re-entry boards and was honored with induction into the Connecticut Hall of Change in 2021—an initiative that celebrates returning citizens who have made significant, positive
contributions to their communities.
